The Palmetto Health-University of South Carolina (USC) Medical Group Center offers comprehensive care for children and adults with tic disorders/ Tourette syndrome, as well as other commonly associated neurobehavioral conditions, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The Palmetto Health-USC Center, directed by Dr. Rebecca Lehman, offers medication management, psychological, and family-based services. Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), an evidence-based therapy for tics, is provided on campus by Kenneth Phelps, PhD, LMFT, who received training in this modality through the Tourette Syndrome Behavior Therapy Institute (TS-BTI).
